Apple being one of the leading firms in the market is always under the spotlight. There is always a lot of speculation and rumors around Apple products.
There have been recently talks about Apple launching an iPad Mini towards the end of year 2013. The iPad Mini is expected to launch with a 5-inch Retinal display with a resolution of 1600×960 pixels. It seems that from now on Apple will launch all of its iPad devices with the Retina display feature. Many believe that the iPad Mini will have a display similar to that of the nonretinal display as that of the iPad 2 and the original iPad.
It will be very exciting to see Apple launching a 5 inch iPad. However, this will mean that the developers will have to create a new set of screen magnitudes for their applications. This is because with the rumored iPad Mini’s resolution the scaling of applications of iPhone and iPad devices it will be very hard to fix these applications in the iPad Mini’s display.
This is all we know about what Apple is cooking for us. Apple has not said anything regarding the release of an iPad Mini.
