Say you have purchased an App on the Apple App store and you are not satisfied with its performance. That would be a waste of money! Now you can get a refund of the purchase and we will tell you exactly how to do this, just follow our step by step guide.
Step 1: First of all, you will need to download iTunes to your PC
Step 2: Launch iTunes and login to your account.
Note: Make sure that AppStore is enabled on iTunes. If it is disabled, you can correct that by simply heading to iTunes go to Edit> Preference> Parental and making sure that iTunes Store is NOT selected.
Step 3: Go down to ‘Purchase History’ and click ‘See All’
Step 4: You will now see a list of all your previous purchases.
Step 5: On the left of every previously purchased app is an arrow icon. Tap on the arrow corresponding to the app you wish to return
Step 6: Now select ‘Report a Problem’
Step 7: Inform Apple on why you wish to return the application by selecting one of the give options.
Step 8: Click submit.
Do not expect that you will get an immediate refund. As a matter of fact this may take up to several weeks so don’t panic. However you should eventually get your money back.
