While Bulletin has been kept pretty straightforward to use, it still does offer some nice customization options as well. Such as the option to set opacity on the notifications menu, display or hide the clock on the lockscreen and turning the access on and off.
Bulletin jailbreak tweak is priced at a modest 0.99$ and is hosted on the Cydia Bigboss repository. You can use it on any jailbroken iDevice.
