Normally Access Point Name (APN) setting in an iPhone is pretty easy but here’s some information;
On your iPhone go to Settings >> General >> Network – Now tap cellular data network – Enter Your APN in the ‘APN’ section.

If trying to use a laptop to connect to the internet using other handset’s normally the access number will be *99# or *99***1# depending on your mobile network operator.
