The beauty of iOS is it’s ability to be tweaked around for your best convenience. Jailbreak devs have found a way to use the everyday brightness/volume slider as a tool to perform activator actions.
If you have a broken/dysfunctional home button, you’re going to love ActionSlider. It’s just like a brightness slider but it lets you perform actions such as close app, kill background apps, take a screenshot, and more! It’s pretty cool because you can customize each action to your own liking.
There are four option; Most Right, Right Middle, Left Middle, and Most Left. Each one of these can be customized. So for instance if your action for Most Right is Kill Background Apps, it will kill all of the background apps if you dragged the slider to the far right. And lets say you dragged it to the left but didn’t go all the way on the slider, it would perform the action for Left Middle.
This tweak also allows you to White List apps that you don’t want to be killed when you kill all apps. This is will leave these selected apps alone and won’t touch them. There’s an option for killing music while it’s playing and an option to automatically dismiss the Notification Center right after killing your apps.
